Disappointed

I'm so disappointed in myself. Just a couple months ago, I was working out every morning, and later walking 5000 steps on my treadmill(2 miles). I had lost 8 pounds. What happened? The workout stopped, which , I think, was causing most of the weight to drop. I kept walking. I need to get back to it. I felt so much better. My jeans were looser. I didn't have heartburn anymore, and had more energy. The workout is easy to go back too. The treadmill I need to find a place to put now that Clinton has rearranged the living room. So, wish me luck whoever reads this. And, maybe, in a month I'll have lost those 8lbs. again, and be on my way to losing about 40 more!
